I live 30 minutes from the closest Trader Joe’s, but that doesn’t stop me from making a seasonal trip for tasty fall specials. Each autumn, I make the trek to see what is new in the aisles. This fall, I found four healthy foods that stand out from the others.

Read on to find out what healthy Trader Joe’s fall foods should end up in your shopping cart this season.

What Are The Healthiest Fall Foods You Can Get This Year At Trader Joe’s?

1. Pumpkin Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are incredibly versatile, becoming an on-the-go breakfast or snack in a pinch. This pumpkin variation is celebratory of the season, too. One container contains only 200 calories, and date paste lends sweetness instead of sugar. Plus, 5 grams of protein per serving means you’ll be feeling full for longer.

If you need more calories or fats in your diet, you can add a small scoop of chilled or whipped coconut cream on top. This will make it truly taste like a slice of pumpkin pie with each bite.

When you can’t make the trek to Trader Joe’s, try my copycat version. However, I can tell you these overnight oats are worth the drive!

2. Pumpkin Pie Spice

Many common holiday spice mixes are loaded with sugar. However, Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Pie Spice is perfectly balanced with a blend of simple spices. I keep this container on the counter during fall for when I don’t have time to whip up my own pumpkin pie spice. Sprinkle this seasoning on (or in) almost anything —from oatmeal to smoothies and sweet potatoes to sweet treats.

While many of Trader Joe’s fall foods are limited time, this spice blend usually makes an appearance year after year. So, it’s okay to get attached!

3. Harvest Chili

This chili is not only filling, but full of healthy fall flavors. From spices to seasonally selected vegetables, this chili is the ultimate comfort food at your fingertips. Plus, it comes in a microwavable container!

Protein, fiber, and healthy fats make this a filling dish. With 0 grams of added sugar and no cholesterol, it’s a perfect pick-me-up lunch or last minute dinner.

4. Fall Leaf Chips

These fall leaf chips may be my favorite find of the entire fall haul. Perfect alongside anything from chili to charcuterie boards, these chips are both decorative and delicious. Colorful without food dyes, these leaf-like chips are just lovely.

Other potential perks? These chips are low in saturated fat, contain no cholesterol, and 0 grams of added sugar. They are good on their own or make a great appetizer combined with your favorite fall dips and dishes.
